Questions are not stupid.
If technology was explained properly, you would not need to apologize for asking.
02 / WHY GABE
I’m Gabe Ng. I answer the text, inspect the computer, explain the diagnosis, recommend the next step, and remain accountable afterward.

THE MOM STORY
My mom lives in Malaysia. She once told me how hard it was to find patient help with her smartphone after the purchase was over. The store could take her money. The manual could list instructions. Neither could sit with her, understand what she was trying to do, and make her feel comfortable asking questions.
That gap became Spacebar in 2014.
I did not want to create another repair counter. I wanted to be the neighborhood technology person: someone clients can text, someone who remembers the context, and someone honest enough to say when a repair—or a new purchase—is not worth it.
Customer care first.
Computers second.
WHAT I BELIEVE
If technology was explained properly, you would not need to apologize for asking.
A repair is incomplete if you leave without understanding what happened.
Your long-term trust is worth more than one oversized invoice.
Rules matter. So do circumstances, dignity, and knowing when to help.
